For a few years now, Torontonians have been living up to the Canadian stereotype of a plaid-wearing lumberjack. Axe throwing is insanely popular, with clubs, leagues and lounges opening across the city. And now there's a new facility coming to the east end.

Stryke Target Range is the quadfecta of target ranges with axe-throwing, knife-throwing, archery and an automatic air gun range all under one roof.

The new facility, at Dundas St. and River St. in Regent Park, is Stryke's second location. If it's anything like its original Brampton location, you can expect polish concrete floor, custom furniture and more of a lounge atmosphere than the usual raw look and feel.

Strike holds league play and caters to events including birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties and corporate team building. Events are staffed, with participants receiving coaching and training before taking part in a group tournament lasting up to several hours.

Strike Target Range is at 738 Dundas St. E. Visit stryke.ca for more info.
