Impact Kitchen's lunch menu starts at 11 a.m. and offers four salads ranging from $10 to $15 and three veggie power bowls from $12 to $15 with the option to add protein (chicken, salmon or steak) for an additional cost.

Dinner kicks in at 5 p.m. with four mains all priced at $8.95. Choose between spiced flank steak, roasted chicken, bison meatballs or a veggie bake. Sides like sweet potato, broccoli and roasted pineapple can be added on for $3.50.
