Toronto poke purveyor Calii Love is expanding to the east end.

The California-inspired Hawaiian poke bar and cafe, which first launched on King West followed by an opening in Yorkville, now has plans for a Corktown outpost on King East.

The fast-casual eatery waves the West Coast flag of healthy living and an organic diet with an all-day menu that starts with breakfast bowls, colourful smoothies and espresso drinks, and then on to lunch and dinner options that combine fresh greens with filling protein.

Signature poke bowls draw names from positive moods and feelings:  joyful, empowered, invincible, adventurous. If you’re feeling creative, you can live dangerously and build your own.

It's all based on the foundation of Hawaii's favourite raw-fish dish, which has seen no limit to its popularity and countless Toronto restaurants serving seasoned cubed ahi with their own spin. It perfectly captures three of our current obsessions: Hawaii, fast-casual dining and healthy food.

Calii Love is coming to 599 King St. E. Visit caliilove.com for more info.
