Coming soon: Blackjack BBQ

A new barbecue joint is coming to Gerrard in time for summer. 

Blackjack BBQ is set to take over the space previously occupied by Loaded Pierogi.

Slated to open in May, Blackjack is promising a wide selection of whiskeys, bourbons, cocktails and southern comfort grub.

For fans of fancied-up Polish dumplings, another location recently opened at 524 Church St and the its Queen West and St. Lawrence Market locations are still going strong. 

"We want to take the time to thank our amazing staff who have helped us build our brand along the way and their efforts for consistently providing exceptional service to our valued customers," read a statement from Loaded Pierogi on its Facebook page.
