Billy's Diner is taking over the space previously home to Icy Spicy Fusion at Queen and Pape.
Details are scarce but, as its sign suggests, the diner will serve all-day breakfast, burgers and milkshakes.
There will be seating for under 40, according to an online business file.
The location is set to open at 99 Pape Ave.
