George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts’ Brewed In: dinner series celebrates local craft beer communities with the help of breweries across Ontario. The inaugural event, Brewed In: Toronto East brings together four of Ontario’s top craft breweries – Leftfield Brewery, Eastbound Brewery, Muddy York Breweing Co. and Godspeed Brewing Co. for an evening of beer, food and fun.
As part of this collaboration, we are delighted to host a craft beer-focused reception and 4-course dinner featuring all four breweries. With a very special menu prepared by Chef Tara Lee from Eastbound Brewing and Chef Ryusuke Yamanaka from Godspeed Brewery along with The Chefs’ House culinary brigade, guests will enjoy four courses paired with not one, but two local brews, allowing guests to experience two different interpretations of what a beer pairing can be. This promises to be an outstanding evening of craft beer and food. Tickets are limited and priced at $85 plus HST.
